I need urgent intervention to resolve this matter and protect my asset. I leave a a one star review because I made a trade with a trade partner to sell $150 in bitcoin. And the trade partner basically put $150 into a Veem account and then withdrew the payment afterI released the coin. Instead of refusing the payment until the trader used my PayPal account as we agreed at the beginning of the trade. My lack of experience went with the Veem account not knowing they allowed the depositor to withdraw the deposit and that’s exactly what was done after I released the bitcoin. And when I brought this to Paxful supports attention they did nothing and are still allowing this partner to trade on their platform.
Very profitable to be have an account, i never believe it, i come have like someone that is missing road. But after everything i am very glad that i am here. This plantform is best for fast trade with honest people. So far the traders have been very good. In a few cases only, it has taken me longer then I wanted to order btc.
The support of this site is so bad, I have been waiting 2 weeks for a reply, I cant even tell if the ticket is still open, How am I supposed to even use this site if the support is so god damn slow. Not only was I not told i needed to have id for the wallet, but they wont even respond to my question about transfering. Paxful ignored my proof and still released the coin. The same vendor had already scammed others, and Paxful did nothing. Site of scammers.also they lock account after purchases, so you cant withdraw it.
The buyer marked the order as “paid” without actually making any payment and is pressuring me to click on a suspicious link requiring my Paxful login details to supposedly “receive payment.” These fraudulent actions are clearly documented in the P2P chat.Despite this, Paxful has refused to cancel the order. I sent a detailed email outlining the situation, but I have only received automated responses. The moderator handling the dispute has not carefully reviewed the evidence in the chatbox and instead requested a bank statement and a video, both of which I provided. Unfortunately, the scammer also submitted a forged bank statement, further complicating the issue.It has been three days, and I feel increasingly frustrated and regret ever using Paxful.

If i notice this scammer is banned i will update this review. I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Paxful. My crypto asset was released to a third party without any proper receipt or valid proof of payment from the sender. I opened a dispute and provided my evidence, but Paxful closed the case without allowing a real appeal.Worse, they refused to share any details about the buyer, such as their name or account number, which should be part of the transaction receipt. Their support was unhelpful, dismissive, and kept repeating the same copy-paste responses.This platform offers no real protection for sellers and leaves you vulnerable to fraud.

When I complained about this, they stayed silent after banning my account. I don’t know if it is their own fraud tactics or if the platform is irresponsible to the customers. Please this site is not safe to trade bitcoin or gift cards because there are lots of scammers who claim to be a vendor. I lost $1600 on gift card trading on paxful. It’s highly not recommended.When you report the problem, moderator judge in favor of the rippers .
Trade experience has been good for some…
And then to top it all off they banned my account last month for no reason and then charged me $30 in bitcoin to close my account. They have been the worst experience ever with bitcoin and would never use again or recommend their platform. The seller first said that none of the codes were working, then 12 minutes later admitted that some codes started working. I provided full receipts (305 €), screenshots, and proof that I only received the cards shortly before the trade and had no other trades open that day. Despite this clear evidence, the moderator sided with the scammer. Very disappointing and unfair process.
Non-existent support
Then they send a fake email from Blockchain for a ‘fully refundable’ £13k security deposit. But if you, like me are daft enough to do so….you will be asked for a £6k notary fee.and so it goes on until you wake up and want to die for being such a fool and depriving your family of £1,000’s you will never get back. I have always heard rumors about trading gift cards on Paxful but i thought maybe not true, until i finally lost $200 in two weeks. Try to buy bitcoins with a freshly bought and scratched cards sent from a family friend.
If something goes wrong, don’t expect accountability or transparency. I can’t recommend Paxful to anyone who values their time, money, paxful bitcoin review or security. I am posting this as a 5 star review to alert everyone to the fact this is fraudulent company set up to take money from trusting people. You think they are trading as your broker using signals from geo political events etc.

I am not disputing the ban because apparently I had another account I made a few months ago I had forgotten about. But you have no right to keep our money! I already made a request (251785) but no answer yet.. Very bad experience, they want you to share your personal info in a shame way…
So basically if you don’t get scammed, the moderators will steal your money. And their support never answers, where can I sue them legally??? 😓 I have made 8 tickets so far for the admins to help me, but it’s been 48 hours and nothing. I strongly advise others not to trade her. Haven for scammers who may even be involved with paxful themselves. I lost $1200 dollars trying to sell bitcoin and the seller cited paxful’s own API as a cause. The paid button on a trade means nothing, which also means their “escrow” is a bad joke, designed to lure you into thinking youre safe. The Paxful system is full of injustice by the moderators.
No genuine company would ask you to do this. DO NOT INVEST A PENNY with this company. Paxfull is shirking its responsibilities, if a btc seller scams you on their site and empties his wallet, paxfull does not refund anything and shirks the responsibility of their sellers that they host.I have lost 100€.. Avoid avoid they are trying to scam you they are trying to scared you to pay theme company even though you haven’t join to theme.
